How do you make a profit entering the game-world after it has already started. Just about every airline I see has 50-60 planes and almost all the short-haul routes either have spam demand or they're out of gates.

Ideas?

 Best thing to do is search out a country that is devoid of an airline, then close down the one your in and restart there. Other than that, it can be very difficult.
