Worlds Resetting Today: S3-C, R3, Rδ, R5

The worlds S3-C, R3, Rδ, and R5 have now been reset.

Also, from now on, worlds will end at the beginning of the last year instead of the end. This change should clear up some confusion on the matter.

So then are you are going to add a year to make up for the lost months ? 

S3-C 1995-2031 instead of 1995-2030
R3 1980-2021 instead of 1980-2020
Rδ 1980-2021 instead of 1980-2020
R5 1990-2031 instead of 1990-2030

No, the whole point is to eliminate that extra year so worlds are now 30/35/40 years instead of 31/36/41 years long. Quite a few people ask why worlds haven't reset yet when they're still in their last year but haven't reached the end, so the general expectation seems to align with skipping the last year.
