 Hello . I have a few questions and comments.. I just started playing yesterday. i play all kinds of sims. Since I can remember. And I'm employed in the Aviation industry since 1986. And I went to high school on an airport. And it makes me miss my old Nintendo Aerobiz. I might just have to pick up and old game rig and play again. But i do appreciate the game here. I can offer a few newbie comments. Without thinking too much about everything here. FYI. So don't get bent. It seems the game turn is too long. It doesnt take much to got a route placed. Then you're always waiting for a day to pass. Faster play would be nice. In dealing with cost. Is maintenance adjusted for aircraft age. As in, The older the aircraft the more maintenance it needs. Also its difficult to pull up some of the screens. One I like a lot is the one when all youre routes are listed. With the manage on the end . Which I can only get up sometimes from forums. I have no idea why part of the game requires me to go to forums. Or why its available when it feels like it.

And information . After Home. Which I only seen once. And I can't find it anywhere. When I saw it , I looked at its path. It was information , after home. Click on home. Nothing is there.

Another nice thing to see would be a way to pull up the airports quicker. I should be able to one button search through airports . And see whats on them. Such as looking for empty airports Instead of acting like I'm creating a route. So I can click on the airport code to see it.

A way to find airports quickly where nobody is operating routes. And see who is on them ,quickly , would be nice.

Brousing airplanes is disorganized. Its by earlier years to later years. Which is not so useful. But if your looking for all of a series of airplanes . Theyre all over the place. If you want to compare planes from different companies. Such as a Airbus 319 verses Boeing 737s . And see all the data such as fuel usage, seats, lease cost. Side by side. Not happening.

I've already started making paper copies of the screen info for my desk here. Its easier .

Some of the lease amounts are bogus. Especially for smaller and older planes. DC3s , Cessnas, Ect. You can buy them outright, For way less then you say they lease for. In a month.

When purchasing used planes. The same series of plane has different seat amounts. For Instance 737-400s. Some have 180 seats, some 130. But you cant see the seat amounts . fuel usage, ect.

Negotiations arent really negotiations. They are fixed. You cant discuss price . Terms. Higher or lower leases verses having more or less upfront cash. And aircraft condition. Or buying an aircraft thats been sitting for years. Its take it or leave it. You realy can't make a deal.

Oh yes. If I look in human resources , And dont change anything. And hit save. Without changing anything. The mechanics pop a gasket. XD . And turnover goes up to 7%.

Thats it for now. Thank you for all your hard work. Without knowing what the owners plans for this sim is. I'm pretty sure this is the best airline sim. It's just not popping great. I'm not sure if any airline sim is.
Or popping fun. Like Aerobiz.

I jumped in the middle of a game. Where everyone is established . With the idea to sneak around some lazy big guys. And make some dough. And it works . And it requires some real life thinking. And knowhow.

Thanks again

V Diesel. :)

Welcome, will try to answer some of your questions and comments.

On left side, click the big Routes, those big Routes, Aircraft are clickable

Use browse airport and set a range, say MSP with a range of 1000 miles max........it will pull up every airport in that range and then just work your way down. That is the easiest way to find a empty route.

Used planes, click the lease instead of buy and you will see the current seat config of the plane plus fuel etc. Buy shows zip, lease shows you what you have.
