Hello,
I was wondering which one of these aircraft (B727 or B732) will have the most profit..
Thanks!

I doubt anybody can give a single answer to this. There are too many variables that you haven't considered in your question, for instance, the mission, the configuration, etc.

True, Well what about the standard 727 and 737-200 layout. And from Tampa to San Antonio? I dont know. Anything around that range.I doubt anybody can give a single answer to this. I would prefer the 727-200 for the route myself.........but given another choice it would be the Trident 3B hands down

The 737-200 is designed for more or less the same mission that the ERJ-190 fills today, while the 727-200 was designed for 737-800/A320 type missions, however both were considerably less efficient than today's models

People forget it, but if you don't need the extra 200 miles of range, the Trident 3B is actually more efficient than the 727-200, and if you don't need the passenger capapcity, the trident 1E has more range than the 727

I find it hard to make money with the 727 unless you based somewhere where demands are high.

Most runways in the uk are too short for 727s so 737-200adv

In the US I find that the 727 is great for most routes. It is faster, can hold more passengers and has a larger range than the 737-200.
Proud to have all Boeing fleets.

it depends which variant you are talking about, there is 727-200 and -100 and they are different. 727-100 compares a bit more to 732 so I will assume thats what you are talking about. I would definitely prefer 721 over 732, for the most part its fleet commonality, being that I attempt to operate an organized fleet and I like my 727's. Since 721 gets out of production pretty early though I usually dont use 732, but instead go for DC9's to compliment my fleet of MD 80's (which then could easily be replaced by MD 87, and later A319) so I generally dont operate 737's though it certainly is a great aircraft, it mostly depends of your type of game play and your strategy for fleet as what something works for one doesnt work for the others.

I think the 737-200 is perfect
