Unfortunately, after seeing the success of two other airlines I manage, I have began to lose interest in Canadienne and the airline has suffered. It is now a small airline which once used to have a fleet of 35+ aircraft. Our focus is long-haul from YUL, YVR and YWG.

WORKFORCE:
Currently we have a workforce of 1480 employees with above average salaries.
Finance:
We have a daily operating profit of $1,702,172 and currently have outstanding bonds
up to a value of $45,000,000 with $20,000,000 of that to be paid of in December 2016,
and the remaining $25,000,000 to be paid off in September 2018.
Unfortunately, we are currently operating at a loss of approximately $10,000,000 a month.
This airline once had a fleet of 35+ aircraft with a DOP of $4,000,000. However, due to
stiff competition our company had to be reduced in size, both routes and fleet.
If anyone would like to take this company off my hands or help me in restructuring the airline, please let me know.

Firstly, id recommend you move all aircraft and base them Vancouver or montreal, but preferably a relocation to toronto pearson. And then id focus on getting flights to major US cities and international destinations, routes like montreal-Geneva with an A380 there are better routes available. I'm not comfortable with your financial situation, it would have been better to have seeked help when the troubles start. And

I agree with B-Master, try consolidating operating out of 1 or 2 areas instead of 3, cut down the types of a/c to operate, then try to concentrate on sending your a/c to destinations that are profitable and most likely not operated by any other airline.
I've had the same problem in the past, went through 21 bankruptcies/re-starts before I finally started making profit.
Good Luck!

I have several highly profitable airlines already, however Canadienne gradually went downhill. Believe it or not, YUL-GVA is actually a highly profitable route but I wanted to keep BHX as a destination. Thanks for your advice. However, the offer still stands if anyone would like to takeover.
