Income Projections? Route Profit Margins?

Hi Guys,

Just a thought....

Who thinks projected profits and margins would be useful?

A projection could be based on the current scenario of your airline,
Monthly budget for aircraft lease payments, maintenance, ticket and IFS data, gate charges, staff costs....

This could be a set of figures that are dynamic and change as you create or edit routes, change IFS, swap aircraft, alter staff wages and what ever else we do to try and cut costs.

I of course don't expect this suggestion to be an easy one to implement but I think it would certainly be appreciated by users to help run our airlines as efficiently as possible, in the real world we all know any business must have projections to go by please feel welcome to give feedback.

I also think route profit margins similar to the new data shown on the income statement would be great on the route overview sections to see which routes are or are not generating an acceptable profit based on the cost for each slot at the airports used, fuel, IFS, ticket revenue and other such data?

I agree with this. As for monthly projections, surely it is just predicting what would already happens, so could me modified from existing A.E 3.1/4.0 code (if any exists ). Are the route profit margins not already on the route page?
