Bug which says I have not English time to fly, even though I do S3B

When I try to fly AMS - CDG it says that I don’t have emojifies, even if the plane is not on any other route.

This happens if the hours needed to fly the routes equal exactly 140. I assume each turn requires 2 hours? Unfortunately you need to do 1 less than max in these cases (69).
