I've run a lot of Indian airlines before, and I remember the DEL-BOM route having around 2,000 Y demand. However, in R6 this time it's above 10,000? I've never seen this before. For reference LAX-ATL is 3,400 in R6 currenty. Is there a mechanic that allows for the increase of demand on a route? or has the demand figure been updated since I last played a few years ago?

Demand was updated in the realistic demand update. 10k demand for major Indian routes seems about right.
