The UK should be removed from the EU open skies on January 31, 2020. (I assume this would be difficult for airlines already operating routes, maybe just make this restriction for new routes the airline doesn’t already operate? Or maybe never have the UK in the EU?)

Flights from Dallas Love Field to Missouri should be allowed from December 13, 2005.

The UAE should not be politically restricted from Israel.

I don't think there needs to be a change re the UK because:

1) In November 2018, the UK concluded an individual open sky agreement with the US that will supersede the EU agreement post-Brexit.

2) EU has approved regulations 2019/494 and 2019/505 in order to secure air traffic between UK and EU plus EEA.

3) Some UK airlines, e.g. easyJet, have set up subsidiaries in the EU in order to continue to operate intra-EU routes. This could be
considered a breach of one airline per user rules but on a practical level it des not feel like two different airlines. I recently flew AMS-LGW-AMS with easyJet, outbound on a G-reg plane and back on an O-reg.

In that case it would be best for players to set up a second airline in the same world and join it to the same alliance, as most worlds allow two airlines per player.

That is an option, but an alliance is more arms-length than the reality of how easyJet operates.

I don't see that forcing players to operate two airlines to fit with a RL rule that has minimal practical impact improves the game. After all, there are plenty of simplifications throughout the game.

I think it already is, at least it says so in the guides & reference section.

In politically restricted worlds, I’m not allowed to fly intra-EU to Croatia (ex. Warsaw - Split).
