Cannot add flights?

I've only noticed this as of a few days ago, but I suddenly cannot seem to be able to add more flights for some reason... this only applies to flights under 4800nm or so.

I would follow the normal procedure to open flights, have slots at both airports and aircraft that can fly the flights, but when I click "add flights", the usual green confirmation box would not show up and no seats will be added to the market.

What's going on? Have I hit a soft limit to max daily flights? Surely not, 14,401 is not that high of a number, and the leader is hosting 76,402 daily flights.

i.e. I cannot add flights between San Antonio (SAT) and Sacramento (SMF) , a 1459 mile flight between airports that have a minimum runway length of 8500 feet with any of my aircraft. A321-200/NEO's don't work, B757-200's don't work, literally nothing works...

What's going on?

Edit: Only long range flights seem to work: Dallas Love Field (Post wright repeal) to Halifax on 737-800 and Philadelphia to Mexico City on A321 NEO's don't work, but Philadelphia to Seoul on B767-300ER's seem to work for some reason.

that is because of the political restrictions at dallas/love field. it will eventually disappear in 2014 when the wright amendment is repealed.

The in-game year is 2017. I got A321NEO's, which started delivery in 2015.

I've also started flying long haul from DAL. The game just won't let me add any flights under 4800nm with ANY aircraft from ANY airport, for some reason

I got bored and I just kept adding flights.

The game's lasted for over 20 years though, so does that count as an excuse lol

on a side note I have over a trillion dollars because I can't buy planes fast enough to spend it all, I'm literally running 20% profit sharing because why the hell not who doesn't want a check for like 100k every month lol
