hello everyone, how long does a person have to be without playing for his company be retired from the game?

Unless things changed since 2018, Airlines get deleted if inactive for 21 days (or 2 days if no routes are flown), in 2016 it was 3 days if no routes are flown looking through my messages, you would get a warning/reminder message & then if you don't log into to the airline (not just the forums) for 3 days after that message then the airline would get deleted.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a significant delay with any airline removal that isn't user-induced at present.

there are some players inactiv since 4 May and its company is still active occupying slots and not contributing to the game

This function is broken I ran an airline with 200 airplanes but who didn't fly a single route for ten years to see what happens and it didn't get shut down until I shut it down. It even only went from 20ish ranking to 30ish.
