Any way to just draw flight plans?

I was wondering if there is any way I can just draw my flight plan on FSX without any addons (I don't have payware). I wanna do the flight Boeing did with a 787 where they ''drew'' a 787 in the sky, but with the default flight planner it is impossible.

You can make your own plan in the Decoder as long as you have the waypoints.
