Obviously I am  XD  XD Projects like this will never be completed in South America

I was waiting for someone figure out

Another populist whacky promise of our "Beloved Leader Cristina Kirchner", by the way, the first train I mentioned, Tren del Valle, was also a means to draw votes to her government, I call it the "funfair ride" because it has low commuting value and many people use it just to "ride the train" as if it was some kind of attraction. Fun fact: The train carries more passengers on weekends than on weekdays and it is just one formation that goes back and forth. In the region where I live, there are many cities and towns each of them built close to each other, so a WELL PLANNED train service would be useful. It just connects the two major cities of Cipolletti and Neuquen and instead of having different commuting stations, it goes to "the" station of each town despite having each city 100.000 and 300.000 inhabitants respectively. The only positive remark about the train is that it costs less than a half of what it costs to take the bus on the same route

I understand you, bring World Cup and the Olympics to Brazil was means to draw votes to Workers' Party. Now, 2 years after World Cup, stadiums in the north are totally useless; my city has incomplete constructions which started before World Cup and so on...

Tube counts under Transport for London, which also covers buses, DLR, and Overground.
