What would you do if you lead airbus I would:

1. Do a sales tour for the a380, for airlines which operate in high demand countries

2. Continue development of A320. Build Boeing 757-300 replacement.

3. Develop Airbus a370 and a390, smaller and larger versions of the a380 respectively+develop a380neo.

personally id develop the a320 and a321 neos more along with making the a380 more efficient

I would continue the A350 program, cease the A380 program sooner or later, offer WOW force one to the US president and probably crash more A320's into Asian sea's and American rivers.

lol i like the part about the crashing into the Asian ocean  

1. Put top priority on the A400M, which has been plagued by delays and financial overruns.
2. Continue to consider safety improvements to aircraft, including developing floating/ejecting black boxes.
3. Consider changing Airbus' design philosophy of "the plane is always right," because quite frankly, the plane is not always right.
4. Bill Emirates directly for the development of the A380neo, as they are the only customer who actually wants to fly the darn thing.

I'd kill the A380 immediately, s***'s pointless. 

Now you really should ask the same question about Boeing. Airbus biased

Id fire all the politicians that got jobs there, and make a plane for free market use instead of political reasons. Saying that, it looks like  Airbus is closer to a 757 replacement then Boeing is.

Stretch A321 by 10 meters to create A322. Increased fuel tanks capacity and increased the range to 5000 to 6000 nautical miles to replace A310, B757-300 and B767-200ER.

Built regional A350-900 to replace A330-900NEO.

Built Shrunken A350-800 to replace A330-800NEO.
