I remember as a child I'd take a Sopwith Camel and Extra 300S between the buildings in FS98. That provided for plenty of "oh s***, there's a building right in front of me" moments

I got ****ed over by AI once and landed on a America West 757 crossing the runway
I've had similar experience. I was trying to land a BA 767 at Arlanda when an SAS MD-81 began accelerating down the runway towards me. Needless to say I had to clench my bum as I applied full power and hoped I wouldn't hit it. I got airborne but crashed into a river seconds later. Thank you world of AI

My holy s*** moment:
During my USA tour with a bmibaby 733, while on my San Francisco to Las Vegas leg, I encountered a hydraulic failure about 30 mins from landing. This ended with me having to do a no flaps, belly landing.
Just before smack down:

why is there Ryanair advertising
It simply shows the cheapest flights on offer to certain destinations, if that is ryanair then it will say ryanair
Notice that I try to find cheap flight for other carriers, namely Monarch & Thomson.
poo came out
Lovely

I was playing around with my very first addon plane (YSS-1000) one evening and I decided to just randomly climb very high and very fast (like 80-90 degrees nose-up).
Upon getting to 500,000ft, I lost all controll of the airplane. It started spinning out of controll and no controller input was read. It then made a nose dive which I couldn't get out of and it crashed into the Baltic Sea.
It was this series of events that inspired me to make my horrible, horrible FSX screenshot album.

Twice on takeoff roll at Sheremyetevo I've had a runway incursion from other aircraft taxiing across, the first time it was unavoidable and I crashed, the second time I was more prepared and swerved around it There was no way to stop before it, and Id alrady passed V1 at that point.

more recently when trying to land a 777-300 ad heathrow i just came in to land, just fly over the buildings near the end of the runway, and then realised the AI had decided to park a A380 at the end of the runway, i just managed to hop over it.
