I have too many favourite places to name, but in general I'd have to say it's British Columbia. Yeah that's a big place so a bit too general, but there are simply a zillion fantastic places in BC that it would need its own list. Honourable mentions to Arizona, Oregon, California (certain parts), & Cuba as well.

Was once the place to see Daily 727's, 737-200's and more.
Now it's a breeding ground of CRJ-200's and E-Jet's on 5-6 hour flights.
Whenever a 737-200 pops in, you bet I've got pictures on it.
Note : Canadian Airlines DC-10 in CPAir Livery.
