Self-explanatory... Are feeder lines with turboprops or regional jets feeding your main hubs worth it?

Assuming its not a spamline and the player is actually trying to do something at least close to reality

I use them and they can provide good flight profit to the right airports or those with terminals. They are best though for low cost to purchase/lease and run higher frequency flights to increase reputation.

Not sure if you are seeing success with the small fleet of ERJ-135s you have in your current airline. The maintenance cost for a small fleet can be a bit much.

Yes, feeder lines are very much worth it. At the very least you are automatically getting an alliance benefit of reputation and connecting passengers as long as the feeder is in the same alliance as the main and you share a hub.

I actually am! First i tried EMB-120s and ATR-72s, but the EMBs use too much runway and carry too few people (about 20), and the ATRs carry too much people (About 60) for the small amazonian cities i serve, so i went with the 135... Its configured to 30 pax and while i have a few 100% loaded but deficitary routes, i believe they are bringing paxs to my hubs to be flow by the mainline jets and widebodies.

Actually my question should be "Are negative-profit feeder lines worth it when feeding mainline/international line hubs?"  :P

Look at the cost of the gate rental.  If you want to fly an E135 into Atlanta then it's quite expensive.  Later in the game when you are putting in a Terminal the rental costs reduce, opening up the regional options.  If you just want to interline Pax then as long as you can afford the loss then why not?
