Do the tri-engine airlines (eg B727 DC-10 MD-11) all have APUs? If they do, where?

They do, all modern jetliners are equipped with an APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) to provide a backup source of electrical power and pneumatic pressure to be used on the ground or up to altitudes with sufficient air pressure to run the thing.
On the L-1011, 727 and DC-10 the APU is placed in a compartment in the rear fuselage. I'm not 100% sure where exactly it is on the DC-10 or the 727 but on the L-1011 it's placed behind the rear pressure bulkhead against the bottom of the fuselage below the S-duct intake for the number two engine. I imagine on other models it's placed in a similar location.

Addendum: You'll see that number 134 is the APU on the Tristar and it is located behind the rearmost port-side door.
The 727 is actually a little more interesting as the APU is tucked between the wheel wells using air from aforementioned wheel wells. The exhaust is buried in the starboard side wing root.
On the DC-10 and MD-11 it's behind the bulkhead on the starboard side beneath the number two engine.
