LLV is in the wrong spot

Following this discussion http://www.airline-e...opic/23143-how/it seems that the Airport LLV (Luliang) is in the wrong place.

 

See on the following screenshot that LLV is located in the middle of the meditereanean sea. It's supposed to be somewhere in China at 37°41′00″N 111°08′34″E
