Wont allow me to lease or buy any aircraft R6, O1

Hi, 

 

i had this problem for 2 day now where I cant change the amount of aircraft to lease from 0.its just stuck at "number of aircraft = 0" and doesn't have any options to increase the number. is anyone else having this problem and is it a bug or something?

To ask an obvious question, do you have enough money to lease at least 1 plane?
