And the rear door should be further aft, with approx 1/2 of the door aft of where the very point of the tail is connected to the fuselage, while there should be an additional vertical fuselage line aft of door one, approx 2/3 of the way towards the first window from the door's right hand edge. And the two outer vertical lines on the engines need to spaced further outwards.
The forward section of the engine, (engine nacelle (the top of which should further angled to the left) and first vertical line) need to be scaled forwards until there is just a small gap (approx 2-3 fuse lines between the undercarriage fuselage lines and the top corner of the engine nacelle)

coz i did emergency exit count and it was right....yeah might be used to seeing the 789. Also the template looks painfully similar to http://www.airlinerc...page.php?id=393

Isn't it obvious that's where I edited it from? All I've done is taken an image like the one on the link posted and removed the titling and shading to create a blank template.

Based on the accuracy of your templates, 4E, or at least based on the fact you haven't edited any of the templates used in your liveries to improve their accuracy, i'm afraid I can't take any of your 'advice' on board.

I'm extremely lazy, the chances of me putting that much time and effort into a template are minimal. Just because I'm yet to make any major adjustments to the templates I use does not mean I'm not correct.
Also, "This is my own 787-8 template, took me ages to make" - Bit of a stretch, wouldn't you say?
"All I've done is taken an image...."

Of course it's my own bloody template! Do you have any idea how long it takes to edit an image to get it into such format, maintaining sufficient detail in the process? I have to admit, it would have taken a hell of a lot less time had I been using the software I currently employ, however editing the bloody thing in MS paint, what did you expect?
And mate, I've been studying photos of aircraft for years; I think I know if an image is correct or not. I'm the most pedantic git on these forums for heavens sake!

"I'm the most pedantic git" Well, I'll give you that one, certainly when it comes to telling everyone else when something is wrong with their work. But obviously your not pedantic enough, or 'your' template wouldn't be as inaccurate as it is.
Now, as can be clearly seen in this visual, the templates are almost literally identical. ('Yours' is on top, then superimposed onto the original, and lastly the original) The only major differences i noted were that you put little points on the aircrafts sensors, forgot about the cargo door, and accidentally chopped a big chunk out of the wing (just above the fuselage, you can see the indentation). Oh, and changed the little vent on the engine.
"I've been studying photos of aircraft for years" Cool story bro! And by the way, you can stop pretending like you've spent the last fifteen years of your life delicately analysing and comparing images of 787s, as you clearly haven't in this case.
And just to reiterate: "All I've done is taken an image" Yep. Thats pretty much all you've done. So get over yourself. Its J R Heilig that put the hard yards in, not you, so don't try and give us the impression you did.

Jesus Christ, didn't think you were sad enough to do that. Fair play mate. I'll now know you as 'The saddest git on the forums'.

Since reading your post again, 4E, I'm not sure if I've interpreted you correctly, and likewise I'm not sure you have either. Did you assume that I'd claimed to have made the entire template myself, or, as I intended, claim I'd removed the titling on one of the images, like the one you posted, to create a blank image?

Well, I genuinely intended for my first posts to help improve the accuracy of your template, and to make the point that no one is perfect, including yourself, no matter how little you think your crap stinks.
Then ar157 dropped his little bombshell, which made me question the integrity of your work, again, and made me wonder why most AEer's show you half the respect towards you that they do.
But I'll be the bigger man in this case, and accept i've won the battle, show restraint when it comes to personal attacks and gibes, and move on End of fight.
