I st all the airline staff to $7, but now every set of staff are pissed.  Was I supposed to set each set of staff to $7, including pilots, attendants, mechanics, etc...?

Help!!  I am losing money, and do not know why.  By the time my post is read, my airline possibly will have gone bankrupt, but would love some advice/tips. What, if any, information do/would you like from me? I am using a Dassault Mecure(start aircraft), and a leased DC-9-40. I am based on ORD, and have Mecure going to ATL, and the DC going to NYC. Why am I losing money???  I have 100% load factor on each plane flights, and I did max flights for each plane. I have 3 hours left on the Mercure, and 5 hours on the DC.
