100% agree on the merchandise store - what about a Spreadshirt et al. type store? Low start up costs and easy maintenance? 

Since the airline is South-African, why not call it something with "bafana" (means boy). It is a typical Zulu word (a language spoken in South Africa) that most foreigners know and have heard of. Maybe Bafana Air, Bafana Airlines or something similar? It is also the nickname of the South-African national team in football.

Thanks for the awesome suggestion, Wego! Do you have any ideas of a logo or brand to go along with this? By the way, have you spent anytime in ZA or how did you pick up this knowledge?
