Starjet A321XLR

With the aim of continuously providing Japan with an unmatched premium/boutique service Starjet decided to order 4 Airbus A321XLRs, with options for 8 more, to provide that desire. These new long range single aisle jets will be based at both Tokyo Narita and Osaka Kansai Airports to operate once weekly services to Sydney and Denpassar and daily services to Bangkok, Kathmandu and Manila; once they enter service in 2024 these are expected to be first commercial A321XLRs in service. These new A321s will be out fitted with a rather light 2 class cabin consisting of Nova Class (Business) and Constellation Plus (Premium Economy) thus making these A321s more lavish than the airlines fleet of 4 A330s.

If the airframe is configured in a low density layout, I thing having only the overwing exits activated (one or two pairs depending on the seating) is enough, and the behind-the-wing door deactivated is fine. Look at La Compagnie's 321s for example, or JetBlue's transatlantic A321s
