The -300s would displace the airline's first aircraft, two Lockheed L188C Electras which would be converted to freighters until their permanent retirement in 2000 where they were sold off and scrapped. Alongside the delivery of S7-BZA and BZB the airline took on side 3 new Dehavilland DHC 6-300 Twin Otters, one of the 3 was fitted with floats to supplement the islands that do not have an airstrip as well as replacing the two Britten Norman Islander Aircraft however one was kept as a trainer for inter-island pilots.
