Looks pretty nice, do I assume correctly that Poinciana Class is more like First than Business? The part of an A340-200 cabin between doors 1 and 2 should be able to fit at least 5 rows of reverse-herringbone Business, so I guess these seats are more like BA's old F seats? That's actually a really neat concept, a niche carrier flying A340-200s with super spacious Business Class that's more like First... similar vibes to Oman Air's old A330 business class with those enormous seats

for the niche carrier aspect it's more of a number of seats you can fill gambit. To increase the percentage of tickets sold, lower the seat count, make the existing more spacious and raise the price.

Especially if you got Seat 3A or 3H and got to get a fantastic wingview to go with it...
