Maybe? I'm not sure just a concept I thought of
'Russia' is 'Россия' (not руссия), and maybe I'd move the globe/flag on the tail a bit so it covers the full upper portion instead of living that little bit of blue at the tip. Apart from this, I actually really like this!

100% agree with POTKC. Otherwise looking fantastic, make sure to add details like registrations!
