You know those random white shadows that happen when you use the 747 dirt effects? You can get rid of those by setting the blending mode or whatever it’s called of the dirt layer to multiply.

The thing about set the layer to multiply is that, since it's white, it just copies the layer below it. So it will disappear.

I'm content with making it a bit transparent.

Isn’t the white thing not meant to happen? Like it’s meant to be just dirt, not random whiteness? What I was thinking is that setting it to multiply removes the white “background” on the dirt layer but keeps the dirt itself.
