International Fleet - 2011-2018

VESTA operates a number of international flights to all corners of the globe. Whilst North American and transatlantic flights to Europe are our most popular, VESTA also offers flights to South America, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.

In order to offer this range of flights, VESTA operates a wide range of international aircraft. This presentation therefore brings you our international fleet, as of early 2018.

More planes on that image than there are times I've hopped the pond.

Mainly because I have put various versions of the same aircraft (777-300 and -300ER for example) because they have slight variations. Probably could get away with just having one example.

Not many airlines operate both the 777-300 and the ER varient. Same with the -200. Its normally just one or the other.

That's fair. I think my thinking was that in between the introduction of the variants is a decent amount of time. 6 years between -300 and -300ER and 8 years between -200ER and -200LR. The airline wouldn't necessarily be purchasing both at the same time. It would more be a matter of purchasing the newest model as part of expansion. Another idea is that some would be purchased used or as part of a takeover of another airline. Not quite sure but point taken.

I would guess only going domestic is a bit more tolerable than where I’m from, as MLA only has international flights since domestic is literally impossible. Couple that with some good prices for short-haul flights, and you'd be hopping all over Europe.

Same here in Belgium, every god damn airport is international because f.e Ostend-Antwerp isnt profitable...

    Son, are you high?

    yes very.

Also forgot to mention that you can often see Sicily on a good day. If you’re lucky, maybe even a glimpse of Mount Etna. Even more of a reason to go around countries.
