5. Airbus A320-200 (UNICEF Livery) | N455MD

In 2008, MidAmerican Airlines became a proud partner of UNICEF. On most flights, MidAmerican collects spare change from travelers to donate to UNICEF, and MidAmerican donates $1 per certain hot meals purchased onboard to UNICEF. The total collections add up to almost $5m donated to UNICEF every year, in addition to providing reduced rates for shipping UNICEF supplies around the world. One of MidAmerican's A320-200s, N455MD, was painted in 2009 to reflect this partnership, showing off a revised blue livery, as well as UNICEF titles. N455MD's former name, "Nightingale", was removed and replaced with "For Every Child" titles at the front of the plane. While N455MD rotates throughout the MidAmerican system, its home base is New York JFK, and commonly makes flights as far south as Colombia and Venezuela.

N455MD is configured with 12 Business Class seats and 138 Economy Class seats.
