I got a few ideas

1. B757-200, too high of range and pax but does fit the range requirement
2. Tu-204-300, Low pax and range but is close
3. Tu-204-100, high pax but low range again
4. A319-100LR If you can hold out until around 2002 it has 160 pax and 4,800 mile range, seems it would be good
