hi there, okay so been a while hence why I am putting this in the new players colum, had a wee look through tutorials and I am stumped. is it a bug or am I missing somthing. Playing on R0 so I can build a terminal everywhere apart from DAC DHAKA. When I click build terminal it tells me "Must be in home country"? But yet I can build a terminal in every continent and country (so far).
