Someone help me Run AeroRus and German Wings?

Could anyone, kind and professional help me run AeroRus and German Wings? I will be gone for the holidays until January 9, 2012. If you are willing to help, please post on this topic and I will choose which person to appoint to help me run my 2 airlines, AeroRus and German Wings.

Better and greater IFS and IFE

Suggestions for IFS and IFE:
Options and some suggestions for IFS:
1- Add more food options and a better food picture.
2- More comfortable pillows and blankets that have prices ranging from 1-20 dollars.
3- Better quality foods (Kinda same as 1-)
4- Have some better options for later on in the different versions of AE.

1- Add a option where you can choose what luxury suite you want to add on your long haul planes (1st or buisness class) Ex: Emirates A380 First class and Cathay Pacific 747-400 First class.
2- HDTV's for First and Buisness and standard TV's for Economy.
3- Better seats and a legroom option.
4- Seat/Bed for First and Buisness class that is very comfortable.
5- Standard Economy class seats but very comfortable just like the First and Buisness class.
6- Enable safety video option

Codeshare/Merger option

In the future, can you guys make a Codeshare/merger option? The codeshare/merger option can be very useful and an airline can stay in touch with its codeshares and merger. An airlne can have more than 1 codeshare but only 1 merging airline. Codesharing is being partners with airlines and so on. Merging means that you will merge your airline with another and you can share networks, aircraft, routes, and bases with your merging airline. So, please add a Codeshare/Merger option if you can.
