TransAmerica Express (Rα) - Co-manage

I have two airlines in Rα, "TransAmerica Air" and its regional subsidiary, "TransAmerica Express". I'm looking for someone to co-manage TransAmerica Express since I'd like to focus more on the main brand.

Notes:
7 DC-9-40s in service
Valuation is $24.1M
LAS is main HQ and hub, same as TransAmerica Air
Part of the TAA Group Alliance

Goals/Requirements:
DC-9-40s would be the biggest aircraft allowable in the fleet.
Expansion of smaller aircraft types and airports.
Mainly serve routes suited for smaller than the 737-200, less than 1500nm, and less than 100 daily PAX.
