So I noticed on the Saudia Airlines website under "Guest Class"

..that it says they have 34" seat pitch. Further down on the same page there is a seating chart

that shows the seat pitch for each aircraft, most which are 31-32" and none which is 34. (!)

I called Saudia reservations to find out which is correct and even after putting me on hold

to check the agent came back with "we don't have that information here, check at the airport".

It did not help to explain that I work for a very large corporate travel company and if Saudia indeed

has 34" seat pitch this would be something that I could certainly sell to our clients. I also live nowhere near a city 

served by Saudia. 

So does anyone here on the Forum happen to know which is correct? Is it 34 or is it the more "ordinary" 31-32??

I started up a small regional airline running Twin Otters in 2C 16Y config.

At the moment I have 9 of them. I have inflight service.

In human resources it shows I have 187 Cabin Crew employees but the need is 0 !?

Why is it 0?

Can I safely downsize all 187 since it says I don't need them without incurring a big negative impact??

Has anyone else run into this?
