Best: IND. While yes, it is small compared to other international airports (we’re only getting our first non-stop European flights in May), it’s super easy to navigate, seldom has delays, and the staff is always friendly.
Worst: ATL. I should mention, its been awhile since I’ve been here (for a reason). The airport was always filthy, hard to navigate, and I always found the staff to be a bit on the ruder side (not trying to dis any ATL employees, but my Midwestern background has kinda pampered me).
