Gate leasing limit?

I often find myself unable to operate an airline due to the fact that some mega airline has swept through and leased like 50 gates at an airport, which means I can't operate flights from there. Maybe a new feature could be a limit of gates you are able to lease, after which you need to build a terminal. The limit should probably be no more than 25 gates per airport. This would make AE so much better, and also stop the giant 2000 fleet airlines from basically making the whole world theirs to fly.

I'm requesting a logo and a livery for my airline in R6, Malaysia Airlines.

Aircraft: A321-200, 787-8 or A350-900R
Reg: 9M-2KJ

I want the livery to be modern and siple, with blue as the main colour. Thanks.
