The gray portion of your load factor is additional transfer passengers (alliance or hub). If you weren't in an alliance or the flight wasn't to/from a hub, then you wouldn't have those passengers. 

 

Transfer passengers bring less profit than direct passengers (as is the case usually in real life too).  

 

 

Also, filled seats (with less profit) are better than empty seats. You can't really fix it, either you're charging too high in ticket price, or your daily seats is greater than your daily demand.

Well they finally updated the game so A380 production ends in 2021, and the C-Series got renamed to A220.

Well, There goes the A380 then....

And the A380 is ending production, the last A380 fuselage has been built.

The A380 is a different topic for itself because most of the world's end in 2020 so it won't make sence for them to have the production line finished when the game's world finishes at the same time

Guys, I've flown with SpiceJet after their global groundings took place on the April 17th 2019, And trust me all the ex Jet Airways crew and Aircrafts are taken over by SpiceJet not just that but even their amazing service culture has come over to SpiceJet and I honestly can't be back to be onboard a SpiceJet flight soon
