Lease for quicker expansion for a new startup, less upfront cost but more expensive in the long run.

 

Buying for slower expansion but less expensive in the long run.

 

I'd go for leasing personally, lease as many as you can, build up your profit, then start to buy your aircraft from the lessor.

Thank you. But there is another question: lease new one or old one?
