Giving away Finnish Airlines

I've switched my focus on another world, so giving away my main airline in O2. Has hubs in HEL and IBZ. 27 idle aircrafts, avarge fleet age 3.64. Ranked 82nd.

Scandinavian Air Service on O2

Since I don't really care about O2 world anymore i am giving someone a chance at Scandinavian Air Service. I might occasionally visit it but not too often. Has one idle aircraft at this moment and hubs at Arlanda, Gothenburg and Tunis.

What does it mean? Because i dont see a way to lease aircrafts to other players. How is it possible?

Is there anyway to make profit with them? Managed to bankcrupt my first airline because of Caravelles not profiting. Or should i just ignore them until 70s?
