I am in world R0 and assisting with another airline (Trans Global). We are trying to open new service ATL to DAL (Love). I have a newly delivered DC-6 with no hours used, the DC-6 can operate our of either field (it needs less than 6000 feet, the shortest runway is 8000+). I thought the issue could be the Wright amendment, however another carrier does have service in this market.
Is there something I am missing.
