What do you mean by "using spam" and how do you create it? :/

Doing a spam means creating an in-flight service and charging passengers the highest amount and getting the lowest quality food.

Hello, 

I have started a new airline in South Africa called African Airways

We have 737-8200MAXs

I don't really have any sort of ideas on how it would be but a clean modern design would be amazing. Other than that go wild with imagination!
