Empires of AE role-play

16 May 2022 - 05:21 PM

I have tried something like this before but it never got of the ground. So I am going to try this again.

Welcome to Empires of AE role-play!!! the role-play game where you create the empire of your dreams. (based off of the AE risk series by Oggey) But first we must go over the rules of the game.

Rules:
1. Starting the Game: to play just say the name of your country and say what general area you want your country to be. Each Player starts with 10 territories. We will begin the game once we get several players. (you can still join the game later)
2. Expansion: at the beginning of each round each player will receive a randomly generated number between 1 and 20. Those are the amount of moves they can do on that round. To move into an unoccupied area you use 1 move, to move to an unoccupied area across a body of water is also 1 move as long as you can draw a straight line from one of your territories to another.
3. Colonies: if you don't have any territories across a body of water you can use 10 moves to go to another territory anywhere on the board. (must be a territory right next to a body of water.)
4. Wars: To declare war you first issue a declaration of war to another player or players. moving to one of their territories is the same as an unoccupied territory. To win the war you must either completely take over their entire country, or come to some sort of peace treaty.
5. Defenses: Want to defend your land? instead of expansion you can put those moves to defense. Meaning no one can take any of your territories for one round. Unless they have a number higher than your defense, than they break through that defense and can start taking territories. Only the person that has breaks through the defenses can attack, everyone else must break through the defenses first. (you cannot use more than 15 moves on defense)
6. Alliances: to form an alliance is as easy as asking another player or players to join an alliance. If they accept they are now an alliance and can work together to attack other players or defend each-other. (Note. All alliances are known to the public. No secret alliances.) At anytime you can leave an alliance or make a new one. (Note. you can only have up to 4 different players in an alliance)
7. Ending the game: To end the game you (and your alliance members) must defeat every other country, then you win the game.
