Then why are they selling it?
People who want a fun electric sports car will buy it. It's still considered a "production" vehicle, but not on the scale as the Model S.

It costs nearly as much as the roadster (£77000!). Plus, it doesn't have an engine, the motors combined produce 691 bhp!
From what I've heard, the Roadster was merely a test/experimental vehicle to try out the new battery and electric motor technology; a precursor to the Model S. The Model S on the other hand is Tesla's first attempt at mass producing a vehicle and MY GOD IS IT EVER WORKING WELL!

As much as I like the roadster, I'll have to go with this sexy beast; the Tesla Model S P85D!https://www.google.c...oadster;320;212
You can't get a better looking electric car than this! The most expensive and by far the best of electric motoring (0-62 3.9 secs, 125 mph top)

Great thread! I absolutely love airports as I find solace there. Both of my passions are in harmony; aviation and architecture
Anyways, here's this awesome project for the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Slated to be part of the Phase II of the airport development, the new passenger terminal will handle up to 15 million passengers a year.
Anyways, here's the video link:
