I look for an answer in the forum...but wasn't ale to find a topic...so I create a new one.
Could someone explain to me where those miscellaneous/incidentals costs are coming from...I have huge amounts 1.5M, 800K, 650K per month...and as you can imagine it impacts heavily the finance sheet.
Furhermore I do not understand why with a full profitable network, no competition I am loosing so much money due to Miscellaneous/incidentals and staff training (I may understand that flying crew, cockpit and airport staff may have training every month...but administrative staff or managers....sounds a little bit strange.
I am using a russian fleet just to keep leasing costs low...operate routes to FRA, CDG, LHR, FCO, CAI, SVO...so no thin routes but with high LF...but still heavy losses.
Somebody could help me to understand where I am doing something wrong?
