Usually those business jets or helos are equipped with seats taking up not much more than an economy class seat. However, they can charge a large premium in real life, which is difficult to do in AE because you can't fit in 6 economy seats and expect your passengers to pay first class prices. Concorde was similar. Those seats are not much better than todays eco+ seats, could however charge much more than the competing jumbo jet's economy tickets.
The flexibility & privacy of small businessjets and the speed of the concorde simply find no resemblance in AE's prices.

Having hubbed in Portland (PDX), it is wrong to claim that these smaller airports are always more corwded than the major ones. However, it can sometimes surprise you that places like STL or CVG host more hubbing airlines and more flights than e. g. DTW or DFW.

Well, if you look at Europe post 2000 it is a bloodbath, hence why this is not implemented :P


Well, the whole point of this openskies agreement is to facilitate competition. If that is unwanted in AE, so be it, but IMO it is a large part of the game (although the current bloodbaths should be reduced somehow). If you however claim that Europe post-2000 is a bloodbath, be assured that the USA, China, Japan, India or any market in Europe pre-2000 is in the same situation.
