Dallas Love not allowing routes

I've attempted to create numerous routes out of KDAL / Dallas love and unable to. States no available planes, but have multiple planes available for flights.

This is correct. DAL has political restrictions until October 2014 limiting what aircraft can be used and where they can be flown.
