DAL airport won’t allow available aircraft to be assigned

The Dallas love airport is not allowing routes created with aircraft with sufficient specs. Trying to open a route from DAL to TPA. Distance 941 miles. Shortest runway 8,800ft (DAL).

Trying to use a CRJ-700. I have 4 with no routes assigned. Minimum runway required for takeoff 4,361ft. Range 1,100 miles.

No political restrictions.

I can’t see any reason why this route wouldn’t be allowed. Please see screenshot.

This is an intentional feature called the "Wright Amendment" and is in effect until 2014. You can fly to Texas or states that border it with full size aircraft or anywhere else with 56 max seat capacity or less aircraft until then.
