Greetings,
We are experiencing issues with our finances that have no explanation. We are showing a profit of millions of dollars each month, yet our cash is dropping quickly. How is our cash declining as we're making money?
Also, we had lease payments due to be paid June 2, and they were not paid even though we had ample cash on hand. They are now showing as July 2 and are considered late.
Please advise what is able to be done to correct these issues.

I had a similar problem My airline collapsed down to -360 million even though i was a multibillion dollar airline and making tens of millions of dollars a day.
were you actually making money? Your daily profit doesn't factor in costs such as maintaince, staffing etc
When your finances are calculated it takes what is owed before adding in cash. This can result in missed payments.
Staff wages come out on the 14th and gates & aircraft maintenance on the 1st. Leases are due the date the aircraft is delivered.

Yup. I was making millions a month.
