Hub pax don't pay? R0

So maybe im wrong but i have a hub at HGH and am flying a route to MUC (where i don't have a hub). I have filled the demand and some extra, which has shown blue on the demand bar. I've always just assumed that this was all i had to do, maybe i'm doing something wrong? but when i add flights to extend the supply (and demand is still 100%) i make less money per flight, despite them all being full?

Really sorry if i'm just being dumb and doing something wrong!!!

What's your margin? IIUC transfer passengers are supposed to pay half-fare; if you're margin on a flight with regular passengers is <50% it isn't profitable to fly transfer-passenger-only-flights.
